Privacy policy

AdKara is operated by Zargham Labs LLC. This policy describes the ad-account product at adkara.com.

We collect the email you sign up with, an optional WhatsApp number, and, if you use Google sign-in, the name and email Google returns. We store a password hash when you create a password. We do not store your Meta password.

When you connect a Meta ad account, Meta gives AdKara a long-lived access token. That token is encrypted at rest. We use it to read campaign, ad set, and ad performance, and, only after you opt in on the Pro plan, to apply the specific budget, bid, or pause change you approved. We do not sell this data.

Performance rows, flags, and generated reports are kept for 12 months by default, then deleted. You can delete your workspace from the settings page. Deletion removes the account, tokens, metrics, and reports we store for it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AdKara stores Stripe customer and subscription ids, not card numbers. Report email is sent through Resend. WhatsApp delivery uses a WhatsApp Business Cloud sender registered for AdKara.

If you are in the EEA or UK, the lawful basis for running the product you signed up for is contract. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by writing to the address you used to contact Zargham Labs, or by deleting the account in the product.
